So exportierst du Daten aus einer View in Planning Analytics nach Excel. Klicke auf den Export-Button. Danach öffnet sich das Fenster für deine Exportansicht. Im Auswahlfeld kannst du festlegen, ob nur die aktuelle View exportiert wird oder zusätzliche Informationen, die nicht direkt in der Ansicht enthalten sind. In meinem Beispiel möchte ich zusätzlich für jede Company einen Detail-Export erstellen. Die Zahl in Klammern zeigt, wie viele Companies exportiert werden.
In diesem Fall also 16. Ich wähle aus, dass alles in einer Excel-Datei zusammengefasst werden soll. So entsteht eine Datei mit 16 Arbeitsblättern, je eines pro Company. Hier siehst du das Ergebnis: oben die genaue Datenquelle und für jede Gesellschaft ein eigener Reiter in Excel. Wenn du nur ein bestimmtes Subset exportieren möchtest, öffne zuerst die gewünschte Dimension und wähle das Subset aus. Dann klick wieder auf Export. Jetzt siehst du, dass bei Company das Subset Europe mit sechs Elementen ausgewählt ist.
Mit einem Klick auf Export erhältst du eine Excel-Datei mit genau diesen sechs Companies. Hier siehst du das Ergebnis in Excel: Es gibt jetzt einen Reiter je exportierter Company.

Here is how to export data from a Planning Analytics view to Excel. Click Export to open the export configuration. You can export only the current view or include additional information that is not displayed in it. In my example, I create a detailed export for each company. The number in brackets shows how many companies will be exported.
So in this case, 16. I choose that everything should be summarized in an Excel file. This creates a file with 16 worksheets, one per company. Here you can see the result: the exact data source above and a separate tab in Excel for each company. If you only want to export a specific subset, first open the desired dimension and select the subset. Then click Export again. Now you see that Company has selected the Subset Europe with six elements.
Click Export to create an Excel file containing exactly these six companies, with one worksheet for each exported company.
