See hierarchy and context at a glance.
Which hierarchy does the selection belong to, and which cube supplies the values? Showing hierarchy and context information makes a view easier to understand. In the Modeling Workbench, you can set these display preferences once.
The short answer
Open Modeling Workbench preferences and expand Cube viewer. Enable Show hierarchy name and Show context information. These preferences apply to the workbench.

How does this differ from view options?
The options on a cube view configure that view. Workbench preferences define your defaults for the cube viewer in the workbench.
Does this also apply to my dashboards?
The workbench preferences shown here do not apply to dashboards. Configure the display for the relevant view there.
Does this change my cube data?
No. It displays information about the view. Cell values, dimensions and hierarchies are not changed.
